This tray is a little over 14" diameter. It's covered with leather, and has cloth stitching on the sides. It has a gold colored eagle standing on a red, white and blue shield in the center. The eagle is holding arrows and a banner and there are some red berries among green leaves at the left corner. The tray has several scratches and scuffs, but is still in pretty nice condition and is quite sturdy.
