This is a 12" x 16" hand painted wood sign. Mowgli, Bagheera, Sher Kahn, Baloo, Kaa and several other characters from the movie are standing in the jungle. The central group of figures as well as Kaa and the words Livre and Jungle are cut-outs that were attached to the front of the sign for a more 3-D look. The sign is written in French, and is an advertisement for the movie. It has several scratches and scuffs, and there are some small spots of paint on the frame that look like colors from the sign itself which probably happened while the sign was being painted. The lettering at the top is very faded, mainly in the word Walt. It has a wire attached with two eye bolts on the back for hanging. This is a beautiful and unique piece which would make a wonderful addition to a Disney or Jungle Book collection.
