This is a 3-5/8" tall, 7-1/2" diameter silverplated piece with gold-toned base, which is still in the original packaging. The box refers to it as a basket, but it looks more like a bowl to me. It has a copyright date of 1994 on the box. This is an unused item, but it does have some tarnish. The box is worn but still sturdy.
